"We used Ascension Press with a small…"
We used Ascension Press with a small group at our parish, and overall it was helpful. The videos were solid and the study guides gave us something to follow, so we weren’t just sitting there guessing what to talk about. That said, some parts kind of dragged on, and you could tell a few people started checking out after a while. It’s not bad, it’s just maybe better for a group that’s already used to doing structured Bible study-type programs. If your group is more casual, you might have to trim things down a bit or keep the discussion moving.

"Lessons felt easier"
It made the lessons way easier to follow for me, which was nice because before I was kind of getting lost here and there. Not perfect maybe, but it helped my brain keep up better.

I’ve been watching the study videos they just work really smoothly. I haven’t had any freezing so far, even on my old laptop, which is a nice surprise. Overall, I’m really happy with it.

"Helpful for staying grounded in faith"
Ascension Press has helped me get a little more consistent with prayer and actually reading the Bible, which I’ve always struggled with on and off. I don’t use every single thing on the site, there’s a lot there, but the studies I have tried made the faith feel less overwhelming and more connected to normal everyday life. Like, I’ll be doing dishes or driving and something from a study will pop back into my head. Some of it does feel a bit pricey, and that’s probably why I’d say 4 stars instead of 5, but overall it’s been really good for me spiritually.

"Pretty good, but I wanted a bit more depth"
I started using these studies sometime around late spring, I think—maybe early summer, and overall they’re okay. They’re easy to follow and good for getting a discussion going, but I did find myself wishing they would dig a little deeper into the scripture at times. Not bad at all, just felt a bit light in a few places.

"Really easy to stick with"
I’ve done a few Ascension Press studies now, and the speakers are what make it work for me. They explain stuff in a way that’s clear, but it doesn’t feel like you’re being talked at the whole time. It keeps my attention, and then it makes it easier to bring up later when you’re talking about it or whatever. That part was probably my favorite. Really good overall.

"Easy to Use, Though Basic"
I had a smooth time using Ascension Press overall. The menu actually made sense, and I was able to find the Bible study materials I needed without having to click around forever, which was nice. Checkout was simple too, and nothing felt confusing or cluttered. That said, it wasn’t exactly an exciting or super polished experience, just kind of straightforward and functional. Still, I appreciate a site that makes it easy to get in, find what I need, and move on.

I’ve mostly been using Ascension Press for the audio, and it’s been a really good experience. I tend to notice little patterns with audio apps, like voices getting muffled, volume jumping around, or certain tracks being harder to hear than others, but I haven’t run into that here. The voices are clear, the sound stays even, and I can listen in the car without constantly reaching over to adjust the volume. It’s simple, consistent, and does exactly what I need it to do

"Good read, but the cover quality proved my point"
I liked the actual content of the book, so no complaints there. But I kind of had a feeling the cover wouldn’t be the best quality, and sure enough, it felt a little cheap right away. The corners started bending quickly too, which just confirmed what I already expected. It’s still totally readable, I just wish the physical book felt a bit sturdier.

"Easy to Follow and Really Helpful"
I’ve been using Ascension Press for Bible study materials, and it’s been a really good experience so far. The lessons are easy to follow, and the teachers explain things in a normal, down-to-earth way instead of making it feel overly complicated. I also appreciate that the emails and receipts are clear and easy to keep track of. Overall, it’s helped me understand the Bible a lot better.

"Helpful, but a bit hit or miss"
Some of the videos are genuinely useful and explain things in a way that actually clicks for me (which I really appreciate). Others, though, feel a little too basic or shallow, like they don’t go deep enough into the topic.

"Actually Smooth"
I signed up for the monthly Bible study video subscription and, to be honest, I was expecting at least a little hassle. But it’s been easy to use. The emails show up when they’re supposed to, I haven’t had any login problems, and the cancel or pause options were clear enough to figure out without digging around forever. I don’t usually get excited about subscription stuff, but this one has been surprisingly straightforward...

"Fair Prices and Worth Coming Back For"
Overall, I feel like the prices are fair for what you get. A few things seemed a little on the higher side, but the quality made it feel worth it. I’d definitely come back and use them again

"Pretty smooth return overall"
I had to return something I ordered by mistake, and the whole process on Ascension Press was easy to figure out. Customer service got back to me after a couple days, so that was fine. The refund did take a little longer than I thought it would, but it came through in the end and everything was okay. I’d probably give it 5 stars if that part had been a bit quicker

"Pretty good support overall"
I had a little issue with my order, nothing huge, but it was kind of stressing me out for some reason. I emailed customer service and they got back to me the next day. It wasn’t super fast, which I did feel a bit impatient about, but once they replied they were really nice and actually took care of it. So overall I feel good about the experience, just wish the response time had been a bit quicker.
